Getting the Petition Drafted

Husband and Wife need to get the petition drafted from the Advocate Rajiv Rajpurohit either on the basis of the terms and conditions in regards to Alimony, child custody, Exchange of article, and etc or else simple mutual consent petition if there are no terms and conditions.

Second Step
Filing in the Court of Law (First Motion)

The Petition needs to be signed by both the parties in joint along with the affidavits and list of documents, etc and same has to be presented in the court of law of the respective jurisdiction.

Or

Filing the petition also can be done by way of the Power of attorney holder for the respective spouse who is not able to remain present before the Hon’ble court for filing.

Third step

The Parties has to remain present for conciliation and giving the consent for the second motion and to place affidavit on record.

Or

If the parties are not able to remain present in that case the parties can remain present through video conferencing for second motion, respective power of attorney can remain present on behalf of the respective spouse.

The Competent court will dissolve the marriage by passing the order and decree of divorce.
